From 17 to 18 December 2024, YONECO facilitated a training session on management of Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms (CFMs) and handling of reported cases under ECHO Malawi Drought Response Project.

The training aimed at strengthening the capacity of the project’s implementing partners to effectively engage with affected populations through robust accountability mechanisms. Additionally, the training further aligned implementing partners with global best practices, ensuring compliance with standards and enhancing coordination.

The training session is expected to contribute towards ensuring that complaints and feedback are handled professionally and on time thereby promoting community empowerment and improving service delivery.

The training was attended by officials from the following implementing partners: Save the Children, Self-Help Africa, Care Malawi, FOCCAD, Eagle Relief and CADECCOM.
